Who we are

Loanable Test Funding LLC (Loanable) helps business owners prepare funding applications and, at their request, submit them to funding providers. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

What you give us on an application or send us afterward: your name, business details, contact details including your mobile number, financial documents, and the identity details the application asks for. We also keep a record of whether and when you agreed to texts.

How we use it

To review and prepare your application, submit it to funding providers at your request, keep you updated, answer your questions, and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Funding providers you ask us to submit your application to, so they can review your request. The application they receive includes your contact details, for that purpose only.

Service providers that run our systems, such as hosting, e-signature, email, and text delivery, only to do that work for us.

Anyone the law requires us to share it with.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, we text you about your own application: its status, documents we need, and answers to your questions. We don’t send marketing or promotions by text.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your consent to texts to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies, typically under 10 messages a month while your application is open. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purposes above, and as long as the law requires.
